Shipping

Your order will ship within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email.

Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. VidaStride reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify you immediately if we decide to do so (using the contact info you provided).

Returns

VidaStride is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the customer due to a customer ordering error, no longer required, sizing error, unsuitability or surplus to requirements. VidaStride will not accept return of good for sale or clearance items or customised or personalised items. For the return of goods under these circumstances, the purchaser will need to contact VidaStride to arrange a return of goods authority within 7 days of receiving the product/products. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. VidaStride will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns. VidaStrides to accept any returns, must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned at the purchaser's expense. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns but may be waived at the discretion of VidaStride.

For pre-payments on special orders there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. Alternatively, a store credit can be arranged.
